• Set up showings and review showing instructions from listing agents
• Discuss financing options with buyer and verify what amount buyer is qualified for
• Recommend local lenders for financing
• Explain market trends and benefits of the multiple listing service
• Put buyer on contact list in MLS so that buyer is informed of new listings or price changes for listings that meet their criteria as soon as they come on the market

Property showings...

• Accompany buyer to all showings, pointing out pros and cons of each listing
