In this case you would be mandated to quarantine for 14 days, Hawaii requires quarantine in a hotel or motel. (Unless a person is returning to their own home in Hawaii) The only exception to this would be an essential worker with Exemption papers. If something like this happens there will be no refund given, we will have already reserved dates for you and paid our cleaners to get the unit ready. ALL TRAVELERS MUST COMPLY WITH STATE REGULATIONS Travel Insurance from an outside provider is essential for the traveler. We do NOT provide trip insurance.

Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with spacious garden lanai in the popular and conveniently located Alii Lani community. Two pools, spas, beautiful tropical landscaping enhance your stay in your home away from home. AC in both bedrooms and the living area with 2 (free) nearby parking spaces.
Relax on the patio, in the shade of an umbrella over the patio table while Barbecuing your favorite fresh fish.
The master bedroom has a California King bed w/ air conditioning and cable TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort w/ air conditioning. You have extra guests? No problem, there is a queen sofa bed in the living room, which also has air conditioning. Almost all the living room furniture is brand new in 2011, and the owners went with a tropical theme. In December of 2011, both of the bedrooms were repainted, and the DW was replaced with an ultra quiet Bosch. It is hard to tell it’s even on. There a wireless router in the unit connected to the cable broadband for internet connection. There are 2 assigned parking spaces near the condo.
Alii Lani has a 30 day minimum booking rule. You may stay less days however the price is the same, because we are required to maintain and block off the calendar for a minimum of 30 days per reservation.
